Lent 2023
The Lenten Season is the time to give SACRIFICIALLY
Lent is the season that leads up to Resurrection Sunday. During this time, Cumberland Presbyterians find ways to make small sacrifices for the good of community. Skipping sweets or giving up other things only helps if it brings you closer to God. Making small sacrifices to you can give to others is one of the best ways to observe Lent. Please think of something you can go without, like pasta, or a particular kind of canned food, and instead of buying and eating it, donate some to your local food pantry, or food bank.
Experience Easter in a Whole New Way. Celebrate the Way that Jesus Did.
We will have a Passover style meal on Saturday with games, songs, and interactive learning
On Sunday there will be a traditional Paschal (Easter) service with a special program for the kids.
We would love to see you.
